Terms and conditions

Please read the following hotel policies carefully before modifying or canceling your reservation. It is important you understand the hotel policies on cancellation, checking in, checking out, etc. before you modify or cancel the reservation. Prices are per Room per Day on Bed & Breakfast Basis

Cancellation policy

• If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

• All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
• Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Your credit card details will be kept at Bluebay Hotel until your arrival date at the hotel.

After you have made a booking, you will receive a message with all the information about your booking included your Reservation Code. You cannot take this confirmation to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation.

You will receive a second e-mail after your 10% deposit with our confirmation.
