We stayed at the Blue Bay for ten days. All of the staff were very nice and helpful at all times, including the reception staff, waitresses in the restaurant and the bar staff. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The rooms were excellent and the room service team did a great job. Special mention to a young man called Thomas who we got to know. All in all, I would highly recommend Blue Bay to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing time in Crete!!.

Wir haben dort unsere nachgeholten Flitterwochen verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden!! Der Service war toll, die Zimmer schön (uns wurde ein besseres Zimmer gegeben als gebucht) tgl. wurde alles gereinigt udn die Handtücher gewechslet, auf Wunsch hat man sogar mehr bekommen, damit man am Strand auch welche hatte! Das Essen war wirklcih sehr abwechslungsreich, von allem etwas mit Mottoabenden, der Blick auf das Meer einfach wunderbar udn auch die Gegend, die natürlich sehr bergig ist und auch sehr trocken, aber das weiß amn alles vorher udn man kann sich dort richtig gut erholen!! Wir waren dort mit einem 2 jährigen Kind und es war einfcah nur traumhaft und erholsam!! Ich würde auch darauf achten, dass man in der Hauptanlage untergebracht ist!! Wir würden immer wieder dorthin fahren!!!

We have just returned from 2 weeks AI at the Blue Bay Resort and would recommend it as a lovely relaxing break. It is a multi national hotel and everyone really bonds together which in part is helped by the Animation team Metro, Lolita and Sam who were excellent and made the holiday fun. Also a mention to Marie and the receptionists as they were very helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure you had a lovely holiday. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food excellent, the chefs and waitresses work extremely hard and are always happy. The bedrooms were very clean and fresh clean towels and sheets every day. We stayed in one of the bungalows and whilst the first one was not to our satisfaction we were soon moved to another bungalow with less stairs to climb to reception and this was wonderful with lovely sea views and another pool to use. All in all a brilliant holiday and would go back.

Just got home from a wonderful 10 days at this beautiful hotel. Staff were fantastic and hard working from moment we arrived til we left.
Food good and varied. Facilities very good and hotel immaculate. Had great time. Many thanks also to Metro for keeping us entertained!!!
