In juli 15 dagen te gast geweest. Prima hotel. Goede service, vriendelijk personeel. Kamers (4-persoons executive room) zeer goed. Mooi uitzicht over zwembad en zee. Eten ook prima en goed verzorgd. Genoeg keus en dus afwisseling. Hotel alleen verder afgelegen van centrum Aghia Pelegia (2 km), niet te lopen met kinderen. Maar vor de rest een perfecte vakantie gehad.

(29) Twee weken met gezin (2 kinderen) te gast geweest. Zeer goed hotel! Goed verzorgd, prima eten & drinken, vriendelijk personeel. Ook scnacks, ijs hele dag verkrijgbaar. Schitterende 4-persoonskamer "executive room", uitzicht over zee, zwembad, bar. Leuke animatie. Alleen te ver van centrum, dus voor een kort loo-pje niet te doen. Wel starand met 2 winkeltjes zeer dichtbij (stijle weg).

We stayed at the Blue Bay for ten days. All of the staff were very nice and helpful at all times, including the reception staff, waitresses in the restaurant and the bar staff. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The rooms were excellent and the room service team did a great job. Special mention to a young man called Thomas who we got to know. All in all, I would highly recommend Blue Bay to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing time in Crete!!.
