PERSONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

• Prefer to wear a mask when you are in an enclosed space with several people for a long time.
• Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Hygiene measures: Avoid touching your face, cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief or the crook of your arm when coughing or sneezing, and avoid close contact with people who show signs of infection.
• Consult a doctor if you have symptoms of a viral disease.
• Give preference to using your room toilet. Especially in public toilets, you should close the toilet lid before using the cistern flush.

WITH REGARD TO VIRAL DISEASES

We can also take simple precautions together to protect us all, which are neither enormously time-consuming nor costly and benefit all our health.

BEFORE ARRIVAL

• The possibility to check in contactless and without obligation; For this purpose, you can call up this link from 1 month before arrival and in the mask please only enter your first name and surname, as well as your arrival and departure date. This saves you time and reduces waiting times at the hotel.

RECEPTION

• Plexiglas to protect you, our honoured guests and the staff.
• New check-in time from 3 pm; check-out until 11 am. This ensures that a deep final cleaning can be done in the rooms.

ROOMS

• Each room is disinfected and adequately ventilated. Guests have the option to opt out of daily room cleaning.

MEALS & BUFFETS

• Every guest is asked to wash their hands thoroughly before entering the dining room.
• Disinfectants are also available at the buffets, the use of which generally prevents the spread of viruses by contact as far as possible.
• Spit guards at all buffets.

AT THE HOTEL IN GENERAL

• Daily performances and/or entertainment take place almost exclusively outdoors.
• The fitness room as well as the "Four Seasons" mini spa facility can be used by appointment only.
• Take care of each other = keep your distance; the stickers on the floors will help you with this.
• We clean and disinfect typically highly frequented contact points in public areas several times a day (lift buttons, stair railings, etc.).

It is important to follow the official guidelines and recommendations of the health authorities, and we monitor announcements from the national health authorities and the WHO (World Health Organization) in order to be able to publish any changes here as soon as possible.
